Tori Browne joined the General Insulation team in early 2014 and has now officially become the Director of Human Resources. Tori was born and raised in Boston, MA and after living in Newport, RI for a few years, she decided to move back to Boston. Tori graduated from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI with a BA in Psychology and Special Education. After college, Tori worked with elementary aged children with severe special needs which she loved, but she wanted to find her niche and knew she hadn’t found it yet. After hearing about General Insulation Company, its values, and the owner’s emphasis on the culture, she knew she wanted in. She was hired to help with the website, social media, and assist the Human Resources Department. When the opportunity arose for Tori to spend her time exclusively working in the Human Resources department, she felt she had found her calling and jumped right in. Tori is excited to continue to contribute to this great team and looks forward being a part of the growth and success that the future holds for GIC.
