General Insulation Company is proud to announce that as of April 1, Tori Bowen is officially the Vice President of Human Resources. Tori Bowen has been with GIC for 8 years and is excited to take on a new role as Vice President of Human Resources. She will continue to work with and assist all GIC employees in day-to-day matters, however, this position will encourage strategic thinking and planning for GIC’s future, and for the future of all GIC employees. Tori has been a part of the HR department since 2014, which was only a few years after its official formation. The team has recently expanded and includes HR Generalist Kelly Nessralla and our newest hire, Mary Bryant, HR Assistant. In 2019 Tori received her SHRM-CP, a globally recognized HR Professional Certification, and has plans for continuing her HR education. Tori lives in Norwood, MA with her husband Shawn, ten-month-old daughter Maddyn Mae, and yellow lab Hadley. She is thrilled to use her skills and experience to continue to improve the department, implement new and current trends, and in turn work with her team to advance the company as a whole.
