Nous sommes heureux d’annoncer que Mike Olah a été promu au poste de directeur général de notre, FL branch, à compter du mois d’octobre 1, 2023.
Mike grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He has a brother and sister and they enjoyed their childhood playing baseball, pêche , or anything outdoors. Mike moved to Jacksonville at the age of seventeen and graduated from Orange Park HS. He worked as a carpenter for a few years and various night jobs in maintenance, including cleaning grease ducts in restaurants. He was looking for something different and steady. Mike came to work at GIC as a warehouse worker in 2010. He was hired by an acquaintance, and former SPI employee, who was opening the Jacksonville GIC location. He was enamored by the industry almost immediately, meeting many colorful characters and learning so much every day. Mike started his career with GIC in the warehouse, then drove the truck for a few years. He progressed to an inside salesperson, then eventually became the Operations Manager. Maintenant, 13 years later, Mike still wakes up excited to come to work and be a part of General Insulation Co. Mike married his wife, Alicia, dans 2016, and he has two daughters. In his spare time, if he is not spending time with his family, you can find Mike surfing or fishing with friends.
