Melissa grew up in a small town in MA called Hanover. In 2002 she graduated from Bridgewater State University with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. After graduating college, Melissa worked at the YMCA and worked for the Back Bay Restaurant Group. In 2004, Melissa joined General Insulation as the New England 3M Firestop Specialist. Eventually she was promoted in 2009 to National Account Manager for 3M. In 2016, Melissa became the Regional Territory Manager for Ohio as well as Detroit Michigan. Melissa is married with a 3 year old daughter named Avery and two stepchildren Jack, 14 and Cassidy 12. In her free time she enjoys running and golf and loves to cook.
