Eric a grandi dans une petite ville de NJ en dehors de la ville de New York. Dans 1997, he graduated from Stockton University with a BS in Environmental Science. Après avoir obtenu son diplôme de collège, Eric est devenue un membre de la PGA of America, where he played competitive golf and worked for Caesar’s Entertainment as a golf professional at the Atlantic City Country Club. Having worked in the SPI warehouse during winter and summer breaks, après six années dans les affaires de golf, Eric accepted a position with SPI as an outside salesman. He spent seven years with SPI during which time he was transferred to the Atlanta area. Dans 2011 Eric joined the General Insulation Atlanta team. He now lives with his wife and two boys in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time at home with his family.
