“Dear Valued Client,
We wanted to communicate with you in light of the recent announcements regarding the implementation on March 4, 2025, of a cross-border tariff of 25% on all goods that are produced in Canada and shipped to the USA. Our current prices for our rFoil products do not include this tariff, but effective immediately on all orders that are shipped from Canada to the USA we will unfortunately need to invoice you for this newly introduced tax. We will be adding a note to our order confirmations so you will be able to see the estimated tariff that will apply to your order. Balcan Innovations Reflective Products will pay the tariff through our custom brokers as products cross the border from Canada to the USA and this amount will then be included in your invoice.
For orders that have already been processed (i.e. Order confirmation sent to you) but will ship to you after this March 4 implementation date please advise immediately if you are not willing to pay the tariff. For all orders processed going forward we will include the estimated tariff amount in your order confirmation. If you do not agree to pay the tariff then please advise your Customer Sales Rep or Sales Account Manager as soon as you receive the order confirmation, but in this instance, we will unfortunately not be able to ship the order.
We are disappointed that this tariff is being applied to our goods, but Balcan Innovations remains committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services that you have come to expect from us.
