This program is called Break Through to Excellence and it’s a challenging and rigorous learning opportunity designed to recognize and expand upon existing leadership skills and provide tools and resources to utilize when making decisions leading teams, understanding your business, and solving future problems.
This is an 18 month program that’s designed to take leaders to a new level of proficiency by immersing them in experiences that will force them to understand who they are and what type of leader they can become.
They made it through the first and second sessions. Now we can’t wait to see what’s in store for them next!
