General Managers from General Insulation’s six northeast branches (ME, MA, CT, NYC, and NJ) met last week to discuss 2023 and strategize for 2024. A comprehensive action plan was formulated, outlining specific initiatives and timelines to effectively implement the newly devised strategies and drive their branches and the company towards sustained success.
