Special Report: Owens Corning to Buy European Mineral Wool Company

TOLEDO, Ohio – October 29, 2017 – Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) announced that it has signed an agreement with CVC Capital Partners to acquire Paroc Group (“Paroc”), a leading producer of mineral wool insulation for building and technical applications in Europe, for an enterprise value of approximately €900 million.
