Anabec’s x70 is a moisture barrier product specifically designed for application to unfinished building surfaces, including but not limited to framing lumber, plywood, OSB, brick, block and unfinished drywall following mold remediation. The product uses nano-technology (colloidial silver antimicrobial) which allows the ingredients in x70 to penetrate a materials surface. Application of x70 , following the cleaning of the surface with Anabec’s Advanced Cleaning Solution (theCLEANER), results in an extremely durable physical barrier which resists moisture build-up in the material. When applied in tandem with the Cleaner by a trained applicator under the Anabec Advantage Program, x70 carries a 30 year transferable warranty. x70 is available in 5 gallon ready to use pails.
