Jaime Snedeker was born and raised in Pottstown, Pa. She was the third child of 4 to her parents. She has an older sister, a twin sister, and a younger brother. In her junior year of high school, her family moved to Phoenix for warmer weather.
After graduating high school in 1998 she spent some time trying to figure out what career path to choose. She started working for Thorpe Insulation / CRB Supply in February of 2000 in customer service. In 2001, the company name changed to Pacific Insulation. While working at Pacific, Jaime went on to pursue 3 college degrees. She transitioned from customer service to Office Manager in 2007. The next milestone was Branch Manager in 2013 and then District Manager in 2015 when the acquisition occurred by DI.
Needing a change, General Insulation was the best fit for Jaime. Along with Jeremy and Jacob, Jaime is excited to open a new branch for General.
She lives in north Phoenix with her husband. They own a repair and maintenance business. When she is not working, she can be found working side by side with him or at the gym.
Born and raised in Marion, Indiana, Jacob Marley was the youngest of three children. After graduating high school, Jacob enlisted and served in the navy for a few years. After the navy, he decided he wanted to work in the auto industry so he went to the Nashville Auto Diesel College in Nashville, Tennessee in 1980. Jacob worked in the auto industry for roughly a year before transitioning to the manufacturing world. He worked for a tool and die company for 13 years before the doors closed.
A friend approached him about trying out roofing. Jacob found enjoyment in the construction world. After spending 20 years doing roofing in Indiana, Jacob wanted to move to warmer weather. He decided on Phoenix as roofing was something he could do all year long.
When Jacob arrived in Phoenix, finding work in the roofing world was not as easy as Indiana. He ended up working in the warehouse for Pacific Insulation. He spent 8+ years with Pacific / Distribution International and ended his career there as the warehouse manager.
Jacob was hired by General Insulation and started his new journey on October 1st. He currently lives in Phoenix. When he isn’t working he very much enjoys watching sports.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Jeremy Adams is a true Phoenician. He is the oldest of 3 children to his parents and has a younger brother and sister. When he was young, he dreamed of being a firefighter. After graduating from high school, he went on to become a volunteer connector with the Mesa Fire Department.
After realizing his dream would not become a reality, he decided to go into renting and selling construction equipment. He spent 10 years at A to Z Rental in Phoenix before switching careers to commercial insulation. He was hired by Pacific Insulation in October of 2012 as an outside sales rep. The first year was spent selling crucibles and slowly switched to mechanical, HVAC, and building insulation. In 2014, Distribution International acquired Pacific Insulation and all of its employees.
In August of 2015, Jeremy decided it was time for a change. He very much enjoys the insulation world, so decided to stay in it. He wanted to find a company that would better suit his ideals and found that in General Insulation. He is part of a team opening up a Phoenix branch for the company and expanding into a new market.
He lives in Phoenix with his two children and enjoys working out and running when he is not on the road.
